By Our Staff Writer

The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) unveiled plans to host Thailand Travel Mart Plus (TTM+) 2026, a move seen to be aimed at positioning the Southeast Asian country as a global destination for wellness and sustainable tourism.

The event, under the theme “Healing is the New Luxury”, will be held on June 10-12, 2026, at the Nong Nooch Pattaya International Convention and Exhibition Center in Chon Buri province.

Over 400 buyers are expected to attend the event, reflecting positive signals and global market confidence in Thailand’s tourism industry despite the volatility in the world economy, the energy crisis and unrest in several regions, TAT said.

TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool said ‘TTM+ 2026’ would serve as an international business-to-business tourism trade platform, and will connect buyers from around the world with Thai tourism operators, opening business opportunities and showcasing the potential of Thai tourism products and services to the global market.

The event will also highlight Thailand’s hidden gems and the concept of ‘Travel with Care’, promoting environmentally conscious tourism and pushing the country towards becoming a world-class destination for wellness and sustainable travel.

TAT said the event has drawn strong interest from tourism operators around the world, with participants from ASEAN and East Asia forming the major group. There will be significant participation from Europe and Americas as well.
