Novotel launches Wellness Collective for modern travellers

By Our Staff Writer

Novotel, a prominent Accor Group brand with over 625 properties globally with focus on wellness, announced the debut of the Novotel 37 Collective, a transformative community designed to help working adults balance career demands with authentic wellness practices. The initiative brings together elite athletes, culinary experts, and wellness practitioners around a single mission: proving that sustainable lifestyle improvements do not require drastic overhauls.

The collective takes its name from a core principle – that 37 consecutive days of incremental habit formation creates lasting behavioural change.

The Collective members will gain curated recommendations spanning nutrition, movement, sleep optimization, and mental resilience. The initiative integrates directly into Novotel properties worldwide, making wellness architecture accessible during standard hotel stays, the company said.

According to a company statement, hotel wellness has historically operated on a binary model – ignore health entirely or invest in five-figure spa packages. The small changes revolution fundamentally disrupts this pattern by embedding expert guidance into everyday hospitality moments.

The Novotel 37 Collective features hand-selected contributors across athletics, gastronomy, and behavioural science, lending credibility and practical insight to each recommendation, the company said. Their collaborative content library addresses traveller pain points: jet lag recovery protocols, desk-stretching routines executable in business attire, and nutrient-dense room service options.

With a large section of working professionals reporting stress around work-life balance, the initiative on the small changes revolution is seen as significant as it is timed at a critical moment for the hospitality industry.
